The Situation
This chain of well-known liquor stores is known for offering selection and convenience. However, that same convenience was missing from the customer's online experience. The old Liquor Depot site, liquorstoresgp.ca, was in need of a revamp; it had a heavy design with little information.
Primal's Approach
Primal Tribe worked with Liquor Depot to create a clean, usable site. Full of information without feeling cluttered, the website makes the user's visit seamless. Large graphical buttons and a clearly organized home page make it simple for customers to find what they’re looking for. An events calendar provides immediate access to upcoming wine and beer tastings, special savings, and new flyers, while an interactive store finder makes it simple for users to find their closest location. |
