Over the past 10 years, Optimum Health Vitamins has successfully grown to boast three retail store locations. Their business is based on the principle of “educating the customer through qualified staff and high quality products.”

With their new position in the vitamins and supplements market secured, Optimum Health Vitamins wanted to build on this success to respond more effectively to customer needs. The marketing program had to incorporate new technologies and measurability while supporting the staff’s efforts inside the stores. The move to include both traditional and interactive marketing activities would allow the management team to stretch their marketing budget and ultimately further the principle of customer education.

The new website boasts a fresh, clean look and useful monthly articles prepared by talented staff and industry professionals. The popular OptiBlog shares the latest research and discoveries in health, as well as information about store specials and product demos.

Regular customers also enjoy a detailed and informative e-newsletter. Insights from staff members, as well as insider specials, are now shared with subscribers all across Alberta.

Traditional marketing activities have improved the retail experience at Optimum Health Vitamins. The store uses bright and clear signage, posters, flyers, and educational materials so that the customer’s time there is well spent.
