Carrington is a property developer that provides both houses and apartment-style condominiums to Albertans. Based out of Edmonton, the company has supplied the market with housing for over 30 years.

The Story
Carrington Group of Companies needed a new web design to promote their properties more effectively. However, the major challenge was unifying the three distinct brands that made up the company. They had the technology for a powerful new website, but lacked the design expertise to create an engaging presentation.
The Solution
Primal Tribe teamed with Carrington’s current providers, Kennedy Solutions, adding intuitive graphic design to CMS technology. Our designers took the three unique brands – Carrington Communities, Bedrock Homes, and Lifestlye Options – and created a look that tied them together but allowed them to target specific audiences. Our team chose precise imagery that was clear about which demographic the homes would appeal to most.
Primal Tribe worked closely with Kennedy Solutions to ensure our web designs worked well with their technology, while keeping the client’s vision intact. The site began with an elegant flash introduction and continued with pages displaying 3D renderings, floorplans, and useful content that made the website an engaging resource for buyers. Carrington benefits from the customizable nature of CMS software, but also contacts Primal Tribe whenever technical support is needed.
